| TO: Fun Ford Sunday Vendors FROM: Nor-Cal Ford Car Club Council RE: Vendor Opportunity - Fun Ford Sunday 2011 We would like to invite you to this year's 15th Year Celebration Car Show! The Nor-Cal Ford Car Club Council will again be sponsoring the annual Fun Ford Sunday, car show, to be held this year at the Solano County Fairgrounds, Vallejo, California, on Sunday, September 11, 2011. This is the largest one day all Ford event in Northern California; there were over 300 Fords, Lincolns, and Mercurys at last year’s show, and the show continues to grow each year. A portion of the Proceeds from the show will again be donated to various local charities. Our show is very simple, inexpensive, and FUN. It is a celebration of Ford Motor Company products from 1909 to 2012. We will be conducting a Day of Show Raffle. All participants will receive a raffle ticket, but may purchase more. All Sponsors, raffle prizes, and goody bag items will be acknowledged in a sponsorship letter, display posters at check-in, and over the PA. We will include flyers in the goody bags from those companies donating raffle prizes and the Companies supporting the show by being a Vendor/Sponsor. In addition to raffles, for the fifth year we are inviting vendors to show and sell their wares at the show. It was a great success for our participating vendors last year. It is quite simple to be a vendor, download and fill out the attached vendor contract, submit with the $60.00 (same fee as the last 5 years, a deal in its self.) vendor fee and return it to Attention: Mike Weldon, Northern California Car Council, 4464 Lone Tree Way, PMB 618, Antioch, CA 94531. In addition to this small fee we would ask that you donate a item from your company that could be used for a door prize. You and your company will be recognized during the day and in the goodie bags. The size of the space is 20 x 20. Space is limited so sign up quickly
